Disposition versions
113. The arbitrator is entitled to a reimbursement of expenses, including travel and accommodation expenses, based on the standards in force set out in the Directive concernant les frais de déplacement des personnes engagées à honoraires par des organismes publics (C.T. 212379, 2013-03-26).
The arbitrator’s travelling time is remunerated when the distance travelled is greater than 90 km measures as a radius from the arbitrator’s base.
The actual expenses and other costs necessary to the performance of the arbitrator’s mandate are reimbursed on presentation of supporting documents.
